Ashanti and Nelly. Nelly and Ashanti. The two singers have worked together on a number of projects, have been friends for a while now, and spent a decent amount of time in one another’s arms after all the business was said and done.

But are they still? It seems hard to tell. The pair claim that, after being seen snuggling up to one another rather cozily in a variety of locales, they’re just good friends at the moment. And by all accounts this could very well be true.

But who knows? Pictures of them online look much more cuddly than you’d think for “just friends”. They look as much the couple as you would expect. Given the penchant for celebrities trying to hide their relationships from the press, however, we may never know definitively if the pair is done for for good or not.
