Oh, you’ve done it again, Ashanti.

The star singer recently released a new album (The Declaration). And off that album came a song, “Good Good”. And that song just recently had the premiere of its video.

Now, the song on its own makes enough of an impression. It talks about how Ashanti’s man won’t leave her or cheat on her (unlike other women) because she’s willing to do things other women won’t. Suggestive enough?

Well, that’s where the video comes it. It consists of Ashanti essentially doing all the duties of a traditional housewife while wearing a slew of revealing outfits, the skimpiest of which (a maid’s outfit) makes her look topless in some shots. In other words, do everything a good woman should, and your man won’t leave you. Pleasure him every night when he gets home, make him dinner, make sure he’s all rested, obey him, and he’ll never cheat.

Right. Well. That was a big step back.
